Delete your Mullawo account
Mullawo · Last updated: 11.06.2026
You can delete your Mullawo account and all data attached to it at any
time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — in the app
- Open Mullawo and go to Settings.
- In the Account section, tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are removed right away and you are
signed out.
Option 2 — by email
If you no longer have the app installed, write to
[email protected]
from the email address the account is registered to, with the subject
Account deletion request. We verify that the request comes from
the account owner and delete the account within 30 days — in practice
within a few working days.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile — email, name, date of birth, sign-in credentials and any linked Google or Apple identity
- Learning progress and review history, day streak and statistics
- Custom words and collections you created
- Cloud backups of your learning data
- Support tickets and word reports you submitted, including attached screenshots
- Subscription records held on our side
All of it is erased from the database in the same operation — nothing is
kept in a disabled or hidden state.
What is not ours to delete
- Purchases and subscriptions. Billing is handled by
Apple and Google, not by us. Deleting your Mullawo account does not
cancel an active subscription and does not refund it — cancel it in
your App Store or Google Play account settings, otherwise it keeps
renewing. Their transaction records are kept under their own
policies and their retention rules.
- Email correspondence. If you wrote to us directly,
the messages remain in our mailbox unless you ask us to remove
them.
- Server logs. Technical logs may retain an IP
address and request metadata for up to 30 days for security and
abuse prevention, after which they are rotated out.
Data on your device
The app keeps a local copy of the dictionary and your progress on the
device. Uninstalling the app removes it. Deleting the account signs you
out and the local data is cleared with it.
