This Privacy Policy describes how Mullawo ("we", "us", the "App") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application and related backend services.

Information we collect

• Account data — your email address and a securely hashed password when you register, or your name and email provided by Google or Apple if you sign in with those services.
• Learning data — your vocabulary, custom words, collections, learning progress (spaced-repetition state), and app settings, when you use cloud backup/sync.
• Subscription status — purchase and entitlement status received from the app stores via RevenueCat. We do not collect or store your payment card details; payments are handled by Apple and Google.
• Support data — the content of any support request you send us, including any screenshot you choose to attach, and basic diagnostic details (app version, operating system, and device model) to help us reproduce and resolve your issue.
• Technical data — authentication tokens needed to keep you signed in.
• Log data — our servers automatically record limited technical logs (such as IP address, request time, and basic request details) for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. These logs are kept only for a short period.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To sync and back up your learning data across your devices.
• To provide premium features and verify subscription status.
• To respond to support requests.
• To send transactional emails (email verification, password reset).

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that make the App work:

• RevenueCat — subscription management.
• Apple / Google — sign-in and in-app purchases.
• Email delivery provider — to send transactional emails.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account from within the App, which removes your personal data from our systems.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your data, including by deleting your account in the App. To make other requests, contact us at the address below.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by the laws of their country. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
