These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mullawo (the "App"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering.

Use of the App

The App helps you learn vocabulary via spaced repetition. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in unauthorized ways.

Subscriptions and purchases

• Premium features are offered via auto-renewing subscriptions sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Payment is charged to your store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple/Google according to their policies.

User content

You retain ownership of the vocabulary, custom words, and collections you create. You grant us the limited right to store and sync this content to provide the service.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PE RUDIUK VITALII is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
